His warm demeanor, solid work ethic and strong organizational skills made him stand out, and as a result, he soon found himself in school training to be a submarine weapons officer. This was the beginning of an impressive 20-plus year career for Ron. Within a few years he was promoted through the ranks and assigned a research and development position in Washington. First, as an Advanced Combat Systems Project Manager, and then to a prestigious Director position. Ron has excelled at his work and he’s been known for his ability to relate to different types of people and to make responsible decisions involving complex problems.
